DDRM_VDD, DDRM_VDDL and DDRM_VDDQ power rails must be connected to VDDIODDR (1.8V) on the PCB. Refer to the sections “Power-up Considerations” and “Power-down Considerations” in the SAMA5D2 Series data sheet (see Reference Documents).
