3.12 QSPI Serial Flash

The WBZ451HPE Curiosity Board has an on-board 64-Mb, 2.3-3.6V Serial Quad I/O (SQI) Flash SST26VF064B (U7) memory for storage of data. A default SST26VF064B at power-up enables the Write Protect (WP#) and HOLD# pins and disables the SIO2 and SIO3 pins allowing for SPI protocol operations without register configuration. Register configuration is required to switch to Quad I/O operation with QSPI.
