33.5.14 Programmable Schmitt Trigger

Each input can be configured for the Schmitt trigger by setting the SCHMITT bit in (S_)PIO_CFGRx. By default, the Schmitt trigger is active. Disabling the Schmitt trigger is required when using the QTouch Library.
