The WILCS02 device does not support the WILC SPI driver, unlike the WILC1000 and WILC3000 models. Instead, the WILCS02 can utilize the SPI interface through the SDIO over SPI mode.
Configuration Steps:
To configure the WILCS02 device to use SDIO in SPI mode, follow these steps:
Enable the WILC SDIO Module.
Enable the SDIO Over SPI Module.
Note: The WILC1000 and WILC3000 models do not support SDIO over SPI or MMC over SPI.

To enable the SDIO Over SPI, select Device Drivers>MMC/SD/SDIO card support.
The SDIO driver, when used over the SPI bus, requires the external IRQ pin to receive data from the WILCS02 device.
