Error Type CE2

If the I3CC does not receive an ACK of a transmitted Broadcast Address (0x7E), then it transmits the HDR-EXIT pattern followed by STOP.

The I3CC always generates a STOP upon receiving NACK for the Broadcast Address(0x7E) and enters the HALT state. This can be detected in I3CC_INTR_STAT.TRANSFER_ERR_STAT.
