11.1.8.14 Analog Comparator Characteristics

The Analog Comparator features a built-in hysteresis voltage that applies on positive-going differential voltages. The following definitions are used to list the comparator specifications:

  • VIND = (VINP - VINN) is the differential input voltage
  • VIT+ is the input threshold for a positive-going differential voltage
  • VIT- is the input threshold for a negative-going differential voltage

Note:
  1. The analog comparator is powered by the VDDOUT25 regulator, which is supplied from VDDIN33.

  3. Measured with 100 mV threshold overload
  4. Vhys = (VIT+ - VIT-)
