  1. This voltage is set internally and connected to the internal 2.5V voltage supply.
  2. The MPU junction temperature can be read with the integrated temperature sensor. Refer to the “SAMA7D65 Series Temperature Sensor Calibration” application note (see Reference Documents). TJ must be characterized in-application to ensure this specification is met.
