Note:
- This voltage is set internally and connected to the internal 2.5V voltage supply.
- The MPU junction temperature can be read with the integrated temperature sensor. Refer to the “SAMA7D65 Series Temperature Sensor Calibration” application note (see Reference Documents). TJ must be characterized in-application to ensure this specification is met.
