3.1.1 Power

Use an oscilloscope to probe all PCB power rails and measure the noise levels. Ensure the ripple and noise are at least less than +/- 100mV from the nominal voltage. Be sure to probe power while KSZ8081MNX is in use and connected (or while you are attempting to connect it to a link partner) to see if any unexpected noise, droop, or transient behavior may be causing operational issues.
