11.3 Command Complete Event (Opcode – 0x0E)

The BM70/71 module sends the event response to inform the host MCU about the completion of receiving and processing the command. There is a general format for this event that is based on the HCI command the host has issued, and there is a possibility of adding additional parameters to the event response.
