Test for a alphabetic wide character.

Return Value
Returns a non-zero integer value if the wide character, wc
, is alphabetic;
otherwise, returns a zero.
Remarks
Alphanumeric wide characters are included within the ranges
L'A'
-L'Z'
or
L'a'
-L'z'
.
