16.7.4 Embedded Trace Module (ETM) Pins

The Embedded Trace Module (ETM) uses the Trace Port Interface Unit (TPIU) to export data out of the system.

The TPUI features the pins:

TRACECLK–always exported to enable synchronization back with the data. PCK3 is used internally.
TRACED0–3–the instruction trace stream.
