4.14.3 Spanning Tree MSTI Priority Configuration

The MSTI Priority Configuration page allows you to inspect the current STP MSTI bridge instance priority configurations, and possibly change them.

The MSTI Priority Configuration page has the following parameters:

  • MSTI: The bridge instance. The CIST is the default instance, which is always active.
  • Priority: Controls the bridge priority. Lower numeric values have better priority. The bridge priority plus the MSTI instance number, concatenated with the 6-byte MAC address of the switch forms a Bridge Identifier.
