5.7.2.1 Command on OTA Upgradable RNBD451 Side

When the upgradable RNBD451 device receives the OTA request from the remoter OTAPC RNBD451 device, the host MCU receives an event %OTA_REQ% request and waits for its approval. The host MCU device can either accept (OTAA,01) or reject (OTAA,00) the request to allow the OTA upgrade on the RNBD451 device.
