15.3 General Operating Ratings
The device must operate within the ratings listed in Table 15-2 in order
for all other electrical characteristics and typical characteristics of the device to be
valid.

CAUTION: In debugger
cold-plugging mode, NVM erase operations are not protected by the BOD33 and BOD. NVM erase operation at supply
voltages below specified minimum can cause corruption of NVM areas that are mandatory
for correct device behavior.
