3.3 DC Link Voltage Monitor—1200V

The DC link (HI side drain to LO side source) monitor output voltage is 1% accurate from 25V to 975V. The PWM output is the ratio of the DC link voltage per 1000V. For example, with a 500V DC link voltage, the PWM output will be 50%. The following is the linear equation for the voltage monitor PWM output with a 2 kHz four-pole filter.
