1.2.16 Target Reset Pattern May Be Detected Before a Stop Condition Occurs
When a Target Reset Pattern occurs on the bus, the RSTDET and I3CxRIF bits should be set after the pattern ends with a Stop condition; however, the bits may be set after 14 SDA transitions but before the Stop condition occurs.
