1.2.1 I3C Bus Available/Idle Timer Does Not Start Counting until IBI/HJREQ Is Set
The internal Bus Available and Idle timers do not start counting after a Stop or Module Reset. The counter begins counting only after an In-Band Interrupt or Hot-Join is requested.
