1.2.17 BFREE Bit Not Set after Target Reset Pattern

The BFREE bit is cleared by hardware during a Target Reset Pattern; however, the module fails to set the bit after the Stop condition following the Target Reset Pattern, which causes the next transaction to be NACK'd. The BFREE bit is set after the Stop following the next transaction.
