16.6.2 Flash Memory Organization
The device Flash memory is divided into two logical Flash partitions:
- Main Program Flash Memory (PFM)
- Boot/Configuration Flash Memory (BFM)
- Boot Flash
- Device/Boot Configuration – Device and boot configuration data
- OTP – User system calibration data
The following table provides details about each Flash section having different protection status.
