29.9.1 Software Configuration

When the CLB Configuration on Start-up and CPU Halt bits are set (CLBSU = 1 and CPUHALT = 1), the CLB is configured, along with any other peripherals, by initialization software. After power-up or device reset, the CPU configures device peripherals, including the CLB, and then continues to execute code based on user application software.
