Bit 4 – FREERUN Free Running Measurement
| Value | Description |

| 0 | TSENS operates in single measurement mode. |
| 1 | TSENS is in free running mode and a new measurement will be initiated when the previous measurement completes. |
Bits 2:0 – WINMODE[2:0] Window Monitor Mode
These bits enable and define the window monitor mode.
