Bits 15:0 – FL[15:0] Frame Length
Bits FL[7:0] are multiplied with the previously transmitted frame length (including preamble), and divided by FL[15:8]+1 (adding 1 to prevent division by zero).
If RESULT > 96 and the IP Stretch Enable bit in the Network Configuration Register (GMAC_NCFGR.IPGSEN) is written to '1', RESULT is used for the transmit inter-packet-gap.
