47 125°C Electrical Characteristics

This section provides an overview of the SAM L10 and SAM L11 electrical characteristics, which are specific for devices running up to 125°C (excluding AEC-Q100 Grade 1 qualified devices characteristics which are provided in chapter AEC-Q100 Grade 1 (-40°C to 125°C) Electrical Characteristics.)
