2.2 Transmitter (User Flash Application)

This section describes how the transmitter is implemented as a stand-alone user Flash application, while keeping signal and pattern settings aligned with the receiver to avoid mismatches during testing.

The user can create the transmitter as a stand-alone user Flash application using the ATA8510 – XC8 based Software Project Template. For more details, go to ATA8510/ATA8210/ATA8710 - XC8 based Software Project Template. The approach involves configuring the transmitter in the same way as the receiver and adding a fixed pattern to the user Flash application software, which transmits automatically. The pattern’s synchronization must fit the receiver’s configuration, and the payload must match the expected ID that the receiver uses for validation.
