Bit 7 – RUNSTDBY Run in Standby Mode
This bit controls whether the AC continues operation in Standby sleep mode.
Since the clock is stopped, Interrupts and Status flags are not updated when the AC runs in Standby sleep mode.
| Value | Description |
|---|---|
| 0 | The peripheral is halted in Standby sleep mode |
| 1 | The peripheral continues to operate in Standby sleep mode |
Bits 6:5 – OPSEL[1:0] Operation Select
This bit field sets the operation mode and selects the sampling frequency for the sampled mode.
When selecting event triggered or sampled mode the first sample is taken immediately when enabled.
| Value | Name | Description |
|---|---|---|
| 0x0 | CONT | Continuous mode |
| 0x1 | EVENT | Event Triggered mode |
| 0x2 | SAMP1K | Sampled mode, 1 kHz sampling frequency |
| 0x3 | SAMP128 | Sampled mode, 128 Hz sampling frequency |
Bits 2:1 – HYSMODE[1:0] Hysteresis Mode Select
This bit field controls the Hysteresis mode for the AC input.
For more details on typical values of hysteresis levels, refer to the Electrical Characteristics section.
| Value | Name | Description |
|---|---|---|
| 0x0 | NONE | No hysteresis |
| 0x1 | SMALL | Small hysteresis |
| 0x2 | MEDIUM | Medium hysteresis |
| 0x3 | LARGE | Large hysteresis |
Bit 0 – ENABLE Enable AC
| Value | Description |
|---|---|
| 0 | The AC is disabled |
| 1 | The AC is enabled |
