Exiting programming mode is done by removing VIH from the MCLR pin, as illustrated in
Figure 16-1. The only requirement for exit is that an
interval, P16, must elapse between the last clock and program signals before removing

The following steps are required to exit Programming mode:
SetMode (5’b11111).
Assert the MCLR pin.
Remove power (if the device is powered).
