Exiting programming mode is done by removing VIH from the MCLR pin, as illustrated in
Figure 16-2. The only requirement for exit is that an
interval, P16, must elapse between the last clock and program signals on PGECx and PGEDx

The following steps are required to exit Programming mode:
SetMode (5’b11111).
Assert the MCLR pin.
Issue a clock pulse on the PGECx pin.
Remove power (if the device is powered).
