19.6 Debug Operation

The DSU monitors the TCK/SWCLK and RESETN pins to determine if a debugger is attached and a debug session can be initiated. The DSU supports detection of the debugger at reset, Cold-Plugging, and detection of the debugger when the device is out of reset, Hot-Plugging.
