4.3.2 Obtaining a License
(Ask a Question)There are two ways to obtain a paid license:
- Log into Microchip Direct with your business account. This is the preferred way to obtain a Libero license.
- Request a quote from Microchip Direct.
The following sections describe these ways to obtain a paid license.
In the unlikely event you encounter a license-related issue, create a Microchip Support case:
- Log into or register on the Microchip Technical Support Portal.
- Scroll to the bottom of the page, and then click the Support Service icon.
- Click the Create Microchip Support Case icon and, if prompted, sign in.
- Under Let us know how we can help you, select Development Tools, provide a case reason, click Next, and then complete the fields in the remaining screens.
