7.3 Power-Up

If the device is configured in Single-Supply mode, the V_DDIO2 voltage must also rise closely to V_DD. In Dual-Supply mode, the V_DDIO2 voltage can ramp up or down at any time without affecting the proper operation. Refer to the MVIO - Multi-Voltage I/O section for further information.

The Power-On Reset (POR) and the Brown-out Detector (BOD) monitor V_DD and will keep the system in Reset if the voltage level is below the respective voltage thresholds. Refer to the RSTCTRL - Reset Controller and BOD - Brown-out Detector sections for further information. The Voltage Monitor (VMON) will keep the device in Reset if the core voltage VDDCORE is outside the specifications.
