9.6 Cryptographic Accelerator Module (CAM)

The Cryptographic Accelerator Module data sheet is designed to reduce CPU workload by accelerating computationally intensive cryptographic operations. The module integrates high-performance symmetric and asymmetric cryptographic accelerators, along with a True Random Number Generator (TRNG) and a dedicated DMA unit into a single module. It can be used for realizing use cases such as secure communication, secure boot, secure firmware upgrade, node authentication or key generation.
