| Doxygen Configuration File | Specify configuration file. |
| Generate new Doxygen Configuration File | Check to create or overwrite an existing file. Uncheck to keep the existing file. |
| Doxygen Project Name | Specify project name. |
| Doxygen Input Encoding | Specify document encoding. |
