2.7.4 Transitions to TXMode

The ATA8510/15 firmware supports switching to TXMode from:

IDLEMode(RC) and IDLEMode(XTO)
RXMode (direct switch, not via IDLEMode)
TXMode (direct switch, not via IDLEMode)

Switching modes is completely controlled by the firmware. The SFIF0 and DFIF0 are cleared during all direct-switch operations.
