5.10 Delay Packet
The Delay Packet inserts a timed pause in the packet sequence.

| Delay Counter | A progress bar with a pace icon and numeric counter shows the elapsed time while the delay is active |

Fastpath: Pressing <Enter> or clicking away from the field triggers validation.
