- Program Flash Memory (PFM)

- Single Write (32-bit) and simple parity
- Row Write and SECDED ECC
- Built-in DMA of data from DRAM
- All write operations support pre-program to increase endurance and retention

- Debug mode Erase features are
implemented by ROM Code:
- Identical to Mission mode
with the following additional debug‑only features:
- Chip Erase: PFM and unprotected NVR pages (available to the Boot only)
- NVR Test pages cannot be erased
