21.5.5.1.8 PLL Updates

The PLL Controller supports on-the-fly update of the PLLFBDIV register, therefore it is allowed to modify the feed-back divider when PLL is enabled. At that time the STATUS.PLLLOCK bit is cleared and set again by hardware when the output frequency reached a stable state.
