1.8.3 I²C Clock Low Timeout, I2CTO

The I2CTO function indicates an I²C clock low timeout condition caused by clock stretching. The timeout period is configurable from 1 ms to 250 ms.

When the IO3 pin is configured as I2CTO, the pin becomes active when an I²C clock stretch timeout occurs and remains active until the bus is restored or the MCP2222 is reset.
