14.7.4 Embedded Trace Module (ETM) Pins

The Embedded Trace Module (ETM) uses the Trace Port Interface Unit (TPIU) to export data out of the system.

The TPUI features the pins:

• TRACECLK: Always exported to enable synchronization back with the data. PCK3 is used internally
• TRACED0–3: The instruction trace stream
