9.6 Cryptographic Accelerator

The Cryptographic Accelerator Module (CAM) is designed to reduce CPU workload by accelerating computationally intensive cryptographic operations. The module integrates high performance symmetric and asymmetric cryptographic accelerators, along with True Random Number Generator (TRNG) and a dedicated DMA unit into a single module. It can be used for realizing use cases such as secure communication, secure boot, secure firmware upgrade or node authentication or key generation.
