3.2.1.7 Region Type

There are three region types, and each type has unique operational properties. The region type is read-only in the region control registers after being copied on Reset from the region descriptors in the configuration bits. If the UCB configuration space is not write/erase protected, then changes to the region descriptors in the UCB configuration space can change a region type on the next Reset.
