Writing a 0 has no effect.
Writing a 1 enables the lock.
Note:
- This field can only be modified when BC2RPLOCK=0.
This field can be set at the same time as writing to BC2RP.
Once set, BC2RPLOCK can only be cleared by a reset.
- The Boot ROM updates this field based on configuration settings.
