3.17 On-Board Memories

The SAM9X75D2G features internal DDR3(L) memory and an External Bus Interface (EBI) to enable interfacing with a wide range of external memories and almost any type of parallel peripheral.

This section describes the memory devices mounted on the SAM9X75 cHybrid:

• One DDR3L SDRAM (internal to the SAM9X75D2G-I/4TB-SL3)
• One NAND Flash
• One NOR QSPI

Additional memory can be added to the board by:

• installing an SPI and I²C memory Click board™ on the mikroBUS™ connectors (J4 and J5),
• installing a microSD card in connector (J2),
• using the USB ports.

Support is dependent upon driver support in the OS.
