3.10 Main Configuration and Control
The processor configuration and control pins are listed below.

| SHDN | Output signal used to enable and disable an external power supply circuit |

| JTAGSEL | When pulled high, input that enables the JTAG boundary scan |
| TCK, TDI, TDO, TMS, RTCK | Used for JTAG communication |
| NRST | Processor reset input |
| TST | Input reserved for processor manufacturing tests |
| ADVREFP, ADVREFN | Positive and negative reference points for the analog-to-digital converter |
| DDRM_CAL | Used to calibrate all DDR I/Os |
| DDR_ZQ | Used to calibrate DQ drive and ODT |
| HHSD_A/B/C | Three USB ports embedded inside the MPU |
| HHSRTUNE | Used for USB external tuning |
| MIPI_CLK | MIPI differential clock signals |
