3.4 USB Connectivity Using Microchip USB 2.0 Hub Controller
The PIC32WM-BW1 Curiosity Board includes two USB end devices, PKOB4 (U20) and MCP2200 USB-to-UART serial converter (U18). The upstream PC accesses both these USB devices via a common USB connector using Microchip USB 2.0 high-speed hub controller USB2512B, providing the user with more ease of use.Figure 3-4. When the PIC32WM-BW1 Curiosity Board is plugged into the
upstream PC using a USB Type-C™ cable, device
enumeration is as shown in the following figure for the PKOB4 (U20) and MCP2200 USB-to-UART
serial converter (U18).
