3.15 Debug UART (J9)

Use the debug UART2_Tx (J9) to monitor the debug logs from the WINCS02.

Use the following serial terminal settings:

Baud rate: 921600 (no flow control)
Data: 8 bits
No parity
Stop: 1 bit

Note: UART2_Rx is not available.
