10.3.1 RC Oscillator (RCOSC) Summary

This is a 100 MHz internal RC Oscillator. It can drive any of the clock macros directly. To drive any macros in the core, it must be routed through a CLKSRC. The configurator automatically instantiates the CLKSRC if you choose the Drive Internal Logic Directly option.
