13.2 Temperature Sensor

The ADC channel, AN24, is connected to a forward biased diode. It can be used to measure die temperature. This diode provides a voltage output that can be monitored by the ADC.

The temperature coefficient is listed in “Die Temperature Diode Specifications”. To get the exact gain and offset numbers, the two temperature points calibration is recommended.
