I²C settings include:

Clock speed
Clock stretch timeout

These settings are shown in Table 3-5.

1	bTimeout	I²C clock stretch timeout in milliseconds. Valid range: 0x01 to 0xFA , corresponding to 1 ms to 250 ms.
