Note:
  1. High/Low voltage detection only operates when Brown-out Reset is enabled (BOREN ≠ 'b11). The HLVD selection range is dependent on the Brown-out Reset Voltage (BORV) CONFIG bit.
  2. The BORV bit of the CONFIG words must be set (BORV = 1) when this selection is used.
