Bits 0, 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 – CHn Channel n Select
Writing a ‘0’ to this bit has no effect.
Writing a ‘1’ to this bit will generate a
single-pulse event on event channel n by inverting the signal on the event
channel for one peripheral clock (CLK_PER) cycle.
